When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

T-Shirt King LLC(collectively “Company” “T-Shirt King” and “our”) offer recurring and occasional one-time or limited-duration text message programs.

SMS and Text Messaging

When you agree to participate in our text message programs, you agree to receive automated, promotional marketing text (e.g., SMS, MMS, and RCS) messages from Company, including personalized special offers, rewards, deals, updates, alerts, reminders, and other marketing texts. When you opt-in to receive messages from Company, you are expressly giving consent to Company to contact you at the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. You also agree to Company’s Terms of Service, which contain arbitration provisions, among other provisions, and Company’s Privacy Policy.

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice. Your consent to receive such text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates apply.

To opt-in to participate in Company text messaging program(s), you will need to follow the instructions provided by Company for that text message program, which may include texting a message to a short code, filling out a form, or otherwise signing up and providing your consent.

You may need to confirm your consent, such as by replying Y (or other designated response) to an initial text message sent to you.

Company reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent, and you consent to receive messages from the new short code or number upon notice from Company of the new short code/number.

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Company, its service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of Company’s control, and Company is not responsible or liable for issues arising from them. If your mobile carrier is not participating, you will not receive a reply to your messages. Some operators maynot support some services (e.g. pre-paid users may not be able to participate). Check with your carrier to confirm.


To receive Company text messages, you must be listed as an authorized user on the mobile account, a resident of the United States, and 18 years of age or older.



To stop receiving text messages from a specific Company text message program, text the keyword STOP to the longcode or shortcode for the text message program from which you no longer wish to receive messages (i.e. the number from which its text messages are being sent).

You agree to receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed. If you unsubscribe from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from Company through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs.

Company may suspend or terminate your receipt of Company text messages if Company believes you are in breach of these SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions or Company’s Terms of Service. Your receipt of Company text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of Company text messages, with or without notice.

Duty to Notify and Indemnify

If at any time you intend to stop using the mobile telephone number that has been used to subscribe to the Company’s SMS messaging program, including canceling your service plan or selling or transferring the phone number to another party, you agree that you will opt-out of receiving text messages from Company by texting STOP to the longcode or shortcode for the text message program from which you no longer wish to receive messages (i.e., the number from which its text messages are being sent) prior to ending your use of the mobile telephone number. You understand and agree that your agreement to do so is a material part of these SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions. You further agree that, if you discontinue the use of your mobile telephone number without notifying Company of such change, you will be responsible for all costs (including attorneys’ fees) and liabilities incurred by Company, or any party that assists in the delivery of the mobile messages, as a result of claims brought by individual(s) who are later assigned that mobile telephone number. This duty and agreement shall survive any cancellation or termination of your agreement to participate in any of Company’s SMS messaging programs.

You agree that you shall indemnify, defend, and hold Company harmless from any claim or liability resulting from your failure to notify us of a change in the information you have provided, including any claim or liability under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227, et seq., or similar state and federal laws, and any regulations promulgated thereunder, resulting from us attempting to contact you at the mobile telephone number you provided.


The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. Any new features, changes, updates or improvements of the SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Company reserves the right to change these SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to Company’s website (www.tshirtking.com) You acknowledge your responsibility to review these SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions from time to time and to be aware of any such changes. By continuing to participate in the SMS messaging program after any such changes, you accept these SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions, as modified. We may also notify you by other means, such as sending a text message to the number you used to sign-up for our text message program(s).
