All of our standard design libraries are licensed from the original copyright holders by T-Shirt King and are free for use by any of our customers. We also have our own in-house design team who can help our customers create their perfect custom pieces to get their message across loud and clear.

Yes! In fact we actively encourage it. Simply select the garment you want to design and you’ll be given the option to upload your logo, picture, or graphics in our smart editing tool.

No, you don’t need to worry about copyrighting your own design if you don’t want to – T-Shirt King holds no rights to designs printed by customers on their own apparel. However, if you print copyrighted material owned by somebody else that infringes on that copyright, you may be liable (so just to be safe, we’d advise you not to do it).

You can upload your own imagery, write your own messages, upload logos, it’s totally up to you! We don’t have a hand drawing function yet (watch this space!) but if you’re looking for something a little more bespoke or distinct, just click ‘Chat Now’ to talk to our Design Team who will be able to get you what you need.

We have thousands of different font, design and color combinations available, so you will be able to find exactly the right combo to make your brand or message pop.

Every one of our products has a Sizing Guide on the product page. Just click the Sizing Guide tab on the relevant product page (directly below the main product image on desktop) to see exactly sizing and measurements.

Although 100% cotton t-shirts are usually pre-shrunk, they still tend to shrink a little, particularly if washed and dried at hot temperatures. We recommend you wash your t-shirt at a cooler temperature (no more than 90oF) to preserve the artwork and minimise shrinkage. Cold wash is even better.

We do not offer this service as standard as we get our shirts printed up from source at our US-based factory.

The only factors that impact our pricing are product, decoration method (printing vs embroidery), size of decoration, and number of products. We never charge extra for larger sizes or multiple colors (unlike a lot of other custom apparel retailers).

If you want to use an image that you found online that you don’t own the rights to when making an apparel design, there may be some copyright restrictions on it. If you’re not sure, don’t use it! Alternatively, check out our standard design libraries or engage with our custom design services.

Our standard delivery time is currently 12 business days – but if you need it sooner get in touch with our customer support team who can look into faster delivery where available (which may incur an extra cost).

Yes! Many of our items come with embroidery options. Please note that custom logos/designs come with an added digitization cost of $35 per embroidery design. But whether you’re ordering one item or 10,000 – that $35 will never increase.

Our preferred response to any issues is to replace the items for free. If you wish to claim a full refund, contact our customer service team who will take you through the relevant options and outline the process.
